We are so thankful for all the interest regarding Cavalcade of Authors West 2016–we’re sorry to say this, but our registration is now closed. We have all our spaces filled, but we are already looking to ways we can increase our attendance numbers for next year!

Registration is open!
If you’re as excited as we are (which is pretty excited), then you’ll make sure to send in your list of students and your payment ASAP! We can’t wait to start filling in workshop sessions and seeing which schools are bringing the most kids. (We’re not saying it’s a contest to bring the most kids, but we kind of are saying it’s a contest. *HUGE SMILE*)

Cavalcade of Authors West is proud to present Cavalcade of Authors West Medals! These medals are similar to the stickers you see on Newbery, Printz, Corretta Scott King, and Caldecott Award Winners. These stickers are perfect to distinguish your COA authors in your libraries. They are available here, and cost $5.00 for 10, plus .50 shipping. Check out the picture below, but keep in mind that they look SOOOOO AWESOME in person.

Now is a perfect time to get those books you’ve been dying to read from our amazing list of authors. Don’t wait until the last minute to get reading–you’ll regret it! Plus, the more books you buy now, the more books you can have autographed by our authors during our conference!
Here’s how it works–print out a page of vouchers (or order online!) and give them to your friends. Drag said friends to the event. Have an awesome time. Add books to your “TBR” pile (“to be read”). Cozy up with a book and warm beverage. Congratulate yourself on supporting a great cause by buying smart!
